Short-Term Lease Options

Short-term lease options may be available for an additional monthly charge based on the selected lease term:

  • 3–6 Months: Additional $200 per month
  • 6–8 Months: Additional $150 per month
  • 9–11 Months: Additional $125 per month

Short-term lease charges are in addition to the advertised monthly rental rate. Availability and lease terms may vary. (This will be for the short-term lease options)

Select apartment homes that are income-restricted and subject to Tax Credit Program requirements. Eligibility is based on household size, income, and other program requirements. Additional documentation may be required to verify eligibility.

Rental Qualifications

All applicants must meet the community’s Tenant Selection Criteria. Please review the complete Tenant Selection Criteria before submitting an application or paying an application fee.

Pet Policy

A maximum of two (2) pets are permitted per apartment home or townhouse.

  • $300 one-time, non-refundable animal fee
  • $30 monthly pet rent per pet
  • Breed restrictions apply
  • Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Great Danes, Saint Bernards, and Akitas.
